Returns & Exchanges

Returns: At SOMNIA+, we understand the personal nature of our products. That's why we happily accept returns if the item is in new condition, still in its original packaging, unused, and unwashed. We've got a 30-day return window, so make sure to send back your items within that time frame. Please note that shipping costs to transport items back to our facility for returned items are the customer's responsibility. Additionally, please include your order slip when you send back your items.


Exchanges: As for exchanges, unfortunately, we're not offering them right now. However, we're constantly working to improve our service, so stay tuned!


Need to cancel your order? No problem, just reach out to us! Keep in mind, if your order is already on its way, this will be considered a late-cancelation and will be treated as a standard return.


Incorrect Address? If your items end up at the wrong address due to a mistake in the info you provided, unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for that. Please note that shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.
