Returns & Exchanges

 

Returns: At SOMNIA+, we understand the personal nature of our products. We happily accept returns within 90 days if the item is in new condition, unused, unwashed, and still in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please include your order number when sending items back.


Exchanges: We’re not offering exchanges at this time. However, we’re always working to improve our service—stay tuned!


Order Cancellations: Our fulfillment team begins processing orders automatically as soon as they’re placed. Because of this, we do not offer cancellations by default. If you contact us, we will gladly check whether your order can still be intercepted. Please note that:

  • Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.
  • Orders may be packed or shipped before our team is able to review your request.
  • Once an order has entered fulfillment or been queued for carrier pickup, it cannot be canceled and will instead fall under our standard return policy.


Incorrect Address: If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout, please contact us immediately. Because orders begin processing within minutes, we cannot guarantee changes. Once packed and shipped, we are unable to update the address. If an order is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided at checkout, SOMNIA+ cannot accept responsibility. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.


Address Change Requests: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, we will do our best to accommodate. However:

  • Requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
  • If your request is received before fulfillment has started, we may be able to update the address.
  • If the order has already shipped, an in-transit change may be possible but typically causes delays and additional carrier fees.
  • Any rerouting fees are the customer’s responsibility. If the order is later returned for a refund, rerouting costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
